Please try to install the VBA through following link.

* http://www.webhard.net (id=cadian / password=abc123)
- Program for English User > 2. CADian Applications > VBA7.1

* Run as administrator, install below 3 files as the order numbered

1. vba71.msi
2. vba71_1033.msi
3. vcredist_x86.exe / vcredist_x86.exe
